CLAUSE 1

Acceptance of Terms and Eligibility

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and kz77 ("kz77", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online casino and betting platform accessible at kz77.games. CLAUSE 2

Account Registration

To access the full range of kz77 services — including games, PKR deposits, withdrawals, and promotions — you must register a kz77 account. Registration is free of charge. During the registration process, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current personal information, including your legal name, date of birth, email address, and Pakistan mobile number.

You are permitted to hold only one (1) kz77 account per person, per household, per device, and per IP address. Registering multiple accounts ("multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and will result in the immediate closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of all balances, bonuses, and pending withdrawals in PKR held across those accounts. kz77 uses automated detection systems to identify multi-accounting behaviour.

  • You must provide truthful information during registration. Providing false information — including a false date of birth, false name, or incorrect Pakistan identity details — is grounds for immediate account termination.
  • Your kz77 account is personal to you. You may not sell, transfer, or allow any other person to use your kz77 account.
  • kz77 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any stage of your membership. This includes but is not limited to your Pakistan CNIC, a utility bill confirming your address, and proof of ownership of the payment methods used for PKR deposits and withdrawals.
  • kz77 may at its discretion decline to open an account for any applicant without providing a reason.
CLAUSE 3

Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your kz77 login credentials — including your username and password. You must not share your kz77 login details with any other person. kz77 strongly recommends that you enable two-factor authentication (2FA) on your account, which links an additional verification step to your registered Pakistani mobile number.

kz77 will never contact you by email, live chat, SMS, or telephone to ask for your password. Any communication purporting to be from kz77 that requests your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to kz77 support immediately. kz77 accepts no liability for losses suffered as a result of you sharing your login credentials with a third party.

  • You must notify kz77 immediately if you suspect that your account has been accessed by an unauthorised party.
  • kz77 may temporarily lock your account if suspicious login activity is detected — this is a security measure and will be communicated to you via your registered email or Pakistan mobile number.
  • You are responsible for all activity conducted through your kz77 account, whether or not such activity was authorised by you, except where kz77 is found to have been negligent in its security obligations.
CLAUSE 4

Deposits and PKR Wallet

kz77 operates a PKR (Pakistani Rupee) wallet for all player accounts. All deposits, game stakes, winnings, bonuses, and withdrawals are denominated in PKR. kz77 accepts deposits via Easypaisa, JazzCash, SadaPay, Raast, HBL, UBL, MCB, and Visa. Minimum deposit amounts may vary by payment method and are displayed at the time of deposit.

All deposits to kz77 must be made from payment accounts or cards that are registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party payment accounts are prohibited. If kz77 determines that a deposit was made from an account not belonging to the kz77 account holder, kz77 reserves the right to suspend the account, reverse the deposit, and withhold any associated winnings pending investigation.

  • kz77 does not charge fees on deposits; however, your payment provider (e.g., Easypaisa, JazzCash) may apply their own transaction charges, which are outside kz77's control.
  • Deposits that are made in error cannot always be reversed. Contact kz77 support immediately at [email protected] if you believe a deposit was made in error.
  • kz77 reserves the right to impose deposit limits for responsible gaming purposes or on request by the account holder.
  • Player funds held in PKR wallets are maintained in accounts separate from kz77's operating capital.
kz77 may conduct enhanced due diligence (EDD) checks on large PKR deposits in accordance with anti-money laundering obligations. Players may be required to provide source-of-funds documentation for deposits above certain thresholds.
CLAUSE 5

Withdrawals

Withdrawal of PKR funds from your kz77 account is available once your identity has been verified in accordance with kz77's Know Your Customer (KYC) requirements. kz77 processes withdrawal requests to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit where possible — this is a standard anti-money laundering control.

Withdrawal processing times vary by payment method. Easypaisa and JazzCash withdrawals are typically processed within 30 minutes of approval. Bank transfers to HBL, UBL, or MCB may take 1–3 business days. kz77 does not guarantee processing times and accepts no liability for delays caused by third-party payment processors.

  • Withdrawals are subject to completion of any active bonus wagering requirements. You may not withdraw bonus funds or winnings derived from bonus play until the applicable wagering requirement has been fully met.
  • kz77 reserves the right to carry out additional security and KYC checks before approving withdrawal requests, which may extend processing times.
  • Withdrawals to payment accounts not matching the kz77 account holder's name will not be processed.
  • kz77 reserves the right to withhold withdrawal processing if fraudulent or prohibited conduct is suspected, pending investigation.
CLAUSE 6

Bonuses and Promotions

kz77 may from time to time offer bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, tournament prizes, and other promotional incentives to Pakistan players. All bonuses and promotions offered by kz77 are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside the relevant promotion in addition to these general Terms & Conditions.

Unless the specific promotion terms state otherwise, the following general bonus conditions apply to all kz77 promotions:

  • Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times before they or associated winnings can be withdrawn in PKR. The wagering multiplier applicable to each bonus is stated in the promotion terms.
  • Game Contributions: Not all games contribute equally to bonus wagering requirements. Jackpot Slots, live casino games, and Cockfighting bets may contribute at different rates as specified in the promotion terms.
  • Expiry: All bonus funds and free spins are subject to an expiry period stated in the promotion terms. Unexpired bonus funds that have not been wagered to the required level will be forfeited upon expiry.
  • One Bonus Per Account: Only one kz77 bonus may be active at any given time per account.
  • Abuse: kz77 reserves the right to withdraw bonus offers, cancel bonus funds, and void winnings if it determines that a player has abused the bonus system, engaged in professional bonus-hunting activity, or otherwise violated the spirit of the promotion.
  • Maximum Withdrawal: Certain promotions may carry a maximum PKR withdrawal limit applicable to winnings generated from bonus play. This limit will be stated in the specific promotion terms.
CLAUSE 7

Game Rules and Fair Play

All games offered on the kz77 platform — including live casino games, Jackpot Slots, Lightning Roulette, Cockfighting betting, Esports betting, and Sic Bo — are governed by the rules of the respective game as published on the kz77 platform. In the event of a conflict between a general rule and a specific game rule, the specific game rule prevails.

kz77 uses certified random number generator (RNG) technology for all non-live games. Live dealer games are conducted by professional human dealers over verified video streams. kz77 does not manipulate game outcomes. All game results are final once the relevant game round has concluded and the outcome has been displayed to the player.

CLAUSE 8

Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the kz77 platform. kz77 reserves the right to immediately terminate any account found to have engaged in prohibited conduct, forfeit all associated PKR balances, and report the matter to relevant authorities where applicable:

  • Registering more than one kz77 account (multi-accounting), whether under your own name or the name of a third party.
  • Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets or interact with the kz77 platform in a manner not intended for human players.
  • Exploiting software errors, glitches, or vulnerabilities in the kz77 platform for financial gain. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of a bug or error are considered void.
  • Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes or exploit bonus structures.
  • Engaging in money laundering, fraud, or any other illegal financial activity through the kz77 platform.

CLAUSE 9

Responsible Gaming and Self-Exclusion

CLAUSE 10

Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in the kz77 platform are reserved.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the kz77 platform strictly for your own personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, transmit, display, perform, publish, licence, create derivative works from, transfer, or sell any content obtained from the kz77 platform without prior written authorisation from kz77.

CLAUSE 11

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, kz77 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the kz77 platform, including but not limited to loss of PKR funds, loss of data, loss of profits, or business interruption, even if kz77 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

kz77's total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount of PKR funds deposited by you in the 12-month period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or 50,000 PKR, whichever is the lesser amount.

  • kz77 is not responsible for internet connectivity issues, device failures, or third-party payment processor delays that affect your ability to access the kz77 platform or complete PKR transactions.
  • kz77 makes no warranty that the platform will be available without interruption or error at all times, though we make commercially reasonable efforts to maintain continuous availability.
  • Gambling involves inherent financial risk. kz77 is not liable for PKR losses incurred through normal gameplay on the platform.
CLAUSE 12

Account Suspension and Termination

kz77 reserves the right to suspend or terminate your kz77 account at any time, with or without prior notice, for any of the following reasons:

  • Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
  • Suspected engagement in prohibited conduct as defined in Clause 8.
  • Failure to provide requested identity verification documents within a reasonable timeframe.
  • Suspicion of money laundering, fraud, or other illegal activity.
  • A valid self-exclusion request made by you or a third party acting on your behalf.
  • An instruction from a relevant regulatory or law enforcement authority.

If your account is terminated for a breach of these Terms, kz77 reserves the right to forfeit any PKR balance, bonus funds, and pending winnings held in the account. If your account is closed at kz77's discretion for reasons unrelated to any breach by you, your verified PKR balance (excluding bonus funds) will be returned to you via your registered payment method.

CLAUSE 13

Amendments to These Terms

kz77 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made to these Terms, kz77 will provide notice to registered players via the email address registered on their kz77 account and/or via a prominent notice on the kz77.games website. The effective date of any revised Terms will be stated at the top of the document.

Your continued use of the kz77 platform after the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms in full. If you do not agree with any amendment to these Terms, you must cease using the kz77 platform and may request closure of your account in accordance with Clause 12.

CLAUSE 14

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions and your use of the kz77 platform are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. In the event of any dispute between you and kz77 arising from these Terms or your use of the platform, both parties agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute amicably through direct communication with kz77 customer support.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through direct communication within 30 days of the complaint being lodged with kz77 support, either party may refer the matter to binding arbitration. kz77's decision on any matter relating to the interpretation of these Terms, game outcomes, or the application of platform rules shall be final and binding, except where overturned through a formal arbitration or legal process.

These Terms are written in the English language. In the event of any translation being made available for convenience, the English language version shall prevail in all cases of conflict or ambiguity.
